– LashXcel products are made in Europe to the strictest manufacturing standards in the world. You will not find a better quality product in the market that has been developed and tested by Lisa our Qualified Product Developer.

– We distribute medical-grade adhesives – not bottled cyanoacrylate (super glue) tinted black with carbon that’s unsafe commercially. A lot of the products in the market are mass-produced from Asia and because we have no regulations here, anyone can sell them and the by-product of those adhesives is high levels of formaldehyde. You will learn the safe lash application. Using The Lash Institute adhesives, made in conjunction with a lab, with flex in the formulation. Other adhesives from Asia are made to bond wood and therefore have no flexibility and snap the natural lash. It’s a lucrative market, with no regulations. We are the safest grade in the market 99.9% cosmetic grade, not industrial-strength adhesives. You will not sustain a long term lash business by using poor quality products with no flex that snap the lashes. Only use approved, premium products made from high-quality raw ingredients, not mass-produced where there are no manufacturing standards.

To achieve competency (your certificate) you are required to submit a minimum of 5 before/after images for our assessors to assess. You do not need to attend a RTO training facility to do this.

Once our assessor will mark the images and provide feedback. Once we feel your producing sets to take paying clients, you sign the competency sheet and we sign off then print your customized certificate and post it to you.
You may take as long as you like to complete the training. You will be assigned an assessor who will guide you through the process until you achieve competency.
